Library Liaisons
Library liaisons are librarians who support academic departments in several ways:
- Assist users with the research process (reference and research help).
- Enables users to identify and obtain needed information.
- Assist departments with library collection selections.
- Teaches research skills (library instruction).
- Assist with digital projects, including storage, digitization, metadata, and more.
Academic Information Associates (AIAs)
The ITS Academic Information Associates (AIA) support faculty instructional and research technology needs.
